Ear Candling
When you just need some time in a relaxing calm space to clear your head.
What Can I Expect?
After your initial consultation you lie fully clothed on your side, I then insert a specialist ear candle into the outer area of your ear, there should be no discomfort in the ear when receiving this treatment. Once lit you lie still and may experience slight warmth or hear gentle hissing/crackling in your ear this is all perfectly normal as the candle begins to warm the inner ear. The candles stimulate the ears to allow the wax to drain naturally within the body, however you may experience some wax deposits on your pillow for the next couple of days. Once the candle has burnt down to the desired length the process is repeated in the other ear.
You then lie on your back whilst I perform a gentle relaxing facial massage using a facial oil which continues to aid your body’s natural ability to drain away any sinus blockages.
The ear candles I use are made from organic muslin fabric which is covered in bees wax and lightly scented with a relaxing aroma of chamomile and are CE certified.
£25 a session. Please allow 45 minutes which includes consultation, the ear candling treatment and a sinus drainage facial massage. Please be aware if you have any allergies to bees wax and facial oil.
